Inspection & Acceptance

We insist on delivering only the best in quality products for our clients, and insure all shipments for that reason. If you receive an order that has been damaged in shipping, please keep the package intact just as it arrived, and call (303)300-AURA or email us at support@auramosaic.com prior to using the product.

It is important to order sufficient quantities to complete your installation in order to avoid dye lot differences. The industry standard suggests that you order 5% to 10% more than your square footage to cover drop-off when cutting around plumbing fixtures, etc. and to keep some amount in reserve from the same dye lot.

Use and Installation of your order constitutes acceptance. No partial orders will be accepted for refund or replacement unless special conditions exist and prior approval has been given by Aura Mosaic, Inc.

Return Policy

You must receive authorization before returns are made. You can receive authorization by calling (303)300-AURA or emailing us at support@auramosaic.com There is a 50% restocking fee for all orders returned. All product must be returned in excellent, resalable condition. This will require careful repackaging of the tile before shipping back to Aura Mosaic, Inc. All returns must be received within 60 days of the date of order.

We will not accept any returns after six months and Unauthorized returns will be charged a 75% restocking fee. Please feel free to call us before placing your order if you have any questions about our return and refund policy. We will be more than happy to answer any of your questions and concerns.

Delivery Method & Timing

Once your order is placed online and payment has been confirmed, Aura Mosaic will process your order. Order processing usually takes between 2 and 5 days depending on the size of the order and variety of products ordered. All items are carefully inspected before shipment, and will be shipped directly to your from our warehouse in Oregon.

Aura Mosaic currently offers only United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground Shipping Services for our products. Shipping and transit time will vary depending on your location, and could take anywhere from 1 day to 7 business days to arrive at your location. Expedited Processing and Shipping Service is available by special request only, and only on a case by case basis. There is a significant additional cost for the Expedited Services.
